Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the PlaySTRONG Studio website, registering for a program, purchasing a service or merchandise, using the Parent Portal, attending PlaySTRONG Studio, or participating in any PlaySTRONG Studio program or event.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and PlaySTRONG Studio LLC (“PlaySTRONG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 840 Prospect Hill Road, Windsor, Connecticut 06095.

By accessing or using www.playstrongstudio.com, registering for or participating in any PlaySTRONG program or service, or otherwise interacting with PlaySTRONG Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any additional policies referenced or incorporated into them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or PlaySTRONG services.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, parents, guardians, participants, students, event guests, and other users of the PlaySTRONG website and services.

For participants who are minors, the parent or legal guardian is responsible for reviewing these Terms and any applicable program policies and for providing required permissions, information, and consents on behalf of the minor.

Additional policies may apply to specific PlaySTRONG programs and services. These may include, without limitation:

  • Class and Studio Policies

  • Refund & Auto-Renewal Policy

  • Open Playground rules and waiver requirements

  • Birthday Party policies

  • Camp and special-event policies

  • Team policies

  • Safety rules

  • Participation or liability waivers

  • Privacy Policy

  • Any other terms presented during registration or purchase

Where a program-specific policy applies, that policy will govern the specific subject addressed by that policy.

2. PLAYSTRONG SERVICES

PlaySTRONG Studio is a children's movement and fitness studio offering programs that may include acro, tumbling, hip hop, stunt, fitness, camps, teams, open playground, birthday parties, special events, workshops, and other activities.

Program offerings, class schedules, age ranges, instructors, availability, locations, pricing, policies, and program details may change from time to time.

Information displayed on the website is intended to provide general information about PlaySTRONG services. Availability is not guaranteed until registration or booking has been completed and accepted by PlaySTRONG.

PlaySTRONG reserves the right to determine appropriate class placement, participation requirements, age ranges, skill levels, and program eligibility.

3. REGISTRATION & PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

A parent or legal guardian must provide accurate and complete information when registering a minor for PlaySTRONG programs.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Providing current contact and emergency information.

  • Notifying PlaySTRONG of relevant medical, allergy, behavioral, or other information that may affect safe participation.

  • Reviewing applicable studio and program policies with their child.

  • Ensuring their child arrives appropriately prepared for class or an event.

  • Following drop-off and pick-up procedures.

  • Completing any required waivers, releases, registrations, and permissions before participation.

  • Supervising children when required by the specific program or activity.

Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping account and registration information current.

PlaySTRONG may restrict or deny participation when required registration information, payment, waiver, or other required documentation has not been completed.

4. PAYMENTS, ENROLLMENT & REFUNDS

Registration and payment for PlaySTRONG classes and programs are subject to the applicable registration and refund policies posted on the website or provided at registration.

For current class enrollment, PlaySTRONG's published policies provide that sessions are generally 12 weeks, tuition is posted for the full session, tuition is due before participation, and processed registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable except where PlaySTRONG's published policies specifically provide otherwise.

Sessions 1 and 2 automatically renew according to the current Refund & Auto-Renewal Policy. Families wishing to cancel re-enrollment must follow the required notification procedure before the next payment is processed. Session 3 and summer programming do not automatically renew. Simply choosing not to attend does not cancel enrollment or payment obligations.

Additional payment terms may apply, including late fees, returned-payment fees, registration fees, deposits, merchandise charges, team fees, party deposits, or other program-specific fees.

Current payment and refund requirements are available on the PlaySTRONG website and may be updated from time to time.

5. STUDIO POLICIES, SAFETY & WAIVERS

Safety is a priority at PlaySTRONG Studio. Participation in physical activities, including tumbling, acro, stunt, dance, fitness, climbing, jumping, inflatables, open-play activities, and other movement-based programs, involves inherent risks.

Participants and their parents or guardians are expected to follow all posted and instructor-directed safety rules.

PlaySTRONG may require a completed waiver, release, medical information form, registration form, or other documentation before allowing participation.

Some activities require parent or guardian supervision. For example, Open Playground is designated as parent/guardian-supervised play time, and required waivers must be completed before participation.

Additional safety rules may include requirements regarding footwear, clothing, food and drinks, behavior, drop-off and pick-up, use of equipment, and appropriate participation. Current studio policies apply to participants and guests while on PlaySTRONG property.

The current safety rules and required waivers are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms do not replace any separate liability waiver or release that PlaySTRONG may require.

6. OPEN PLAYGROUND, PARTIES, CAMPS & EVENTS

Additional rules may apply to Open Playground, birthday parties, camps, workshops, team events, performances, special events, and other non-class programming.

Open Playground, for example, has separate age, supervision, footwear, food and drink, waiver, and scheduling requirements.

Birthday parties have separate booking, deposit, guest-count, arrival, food, decoration, timing, waiver, and participation requirements. Current party policies state that a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party date and that all guests under 18 participating in the tumble room must have a completed waiver.

Programs may have different cancellation, refund, deposit, attendance, supervision, or participation policies. Families are responsible for reviewing the policies applicable to the program they are purchasing.

7. WEBSITE, PARENT PORTAL & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain PlaySTRONG services may be provided through third-party platforms or services, including registration, scheduling, payment processing, the Parent Portal, communications, waiver systems, and other technology.

The PlaySTRONG website currently links families to a third-party Parent Portal for registration and account-related services.

Use of a third-party website or service may also be subject to that provider's own terms, privacy policy, and other requirements.

PlaySTRONG is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security, or content of third-party websites or services that are outside PlaySTRONG's control.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily imply endorsement.

8. USER ACCOUNTS & INFORMATION

Some PlaySTRONG services may require an account or registration through PlaySTRONG or a third-party platform.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You should notify PlaySTRONG or the applicable third-party provider promptly if you believe your account information has been accessed or used without authorization.

PlaySTRONG may restrict or terminate access to an account or service when reasonably necessary to protect PlaySTRONG, its customers, participants, employees, property, or systems, or when these Terms or applicable policies have been violated.

9. PHOTOS, VIDEOS & USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

PlaySTRONG may receive photographs, videos, testimonials, reviews, comments, feedback, forms, messages, or other content submitted by users.

You retain ownership of content that you have the legal right to submit. By voluntarily submitting content to PlaySTRONG for publication, review, promotion, or other authorized use, you grant PlaySTRONG permission to use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to any applicable consent or release.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content.

  • The content does not knowingly violate another person's rights.

  • You have obtained any permissions necessary to submit content containing another person's image, likeness, or property.

  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise prohibited.

Parents or guardians should not submit photographs, videos, medical information, or other personal information about another child or family without appropriate authorization.

Separate photo, video, promotional, or participation releases may apply to minors and may provide additional requirements or permissions.

PlaySTRONG does not claim ownership of a user's independently created content solely because it is submitted to PlaySTRONG.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The PlaySTRONG website and its contents, including but not limited to text, logos, trademarks, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, written materials, programming, documents, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to PlaySTRONG Studio LLC unless otherwise indicated.

The PlaySTRONG name, logo, branding, and related marks may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

You may view and use website content for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or commercially exploit PlaySTRONG content without written permission.

11. PROHIBITED WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use the website or PlaySTRONG services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the website, servers, networks, or technology used to provide PlaySTRONG services.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.

  • Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Impersonate PlaySTRONG, an employee, instructor, customer, or another person.

  • Collect or misuse personal information belonging to another person.

  • Submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person or entity.

  • Use PlaySTRONG content, services, or systems for unauthorized commercial purposes.

  • Use the website in a manner that could interfere with another user's ability to access or use the website.

PlaySTRONG reserves the right to remove prohibited content and restrict access when reasonably necessary.

12. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & PROGRAM CHANGES

PlaySTRONG makes reasonable efforts to keep its website and services available and accurate, but does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

PlaySTRONG may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue website features, programs, schedules, services, equipment, instructors, classes, or events.

Class schedules, instructor assignments, program availability, pricing, event details, and other information may change.

Unexpected circumstances, including weather, emergencies, facility issues, staffing, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond PlaySTRONG's reasonable control may require schedule changes, cancellations, closures, or modifications.

PlaySTRONG's current posted policies will govern applicable makeup, cancellation, or refund procedures.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users agree that PlaySTRONG Studio LLC and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, agents, and representatives will not be responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the website or services except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or protection that cannot legally be waived or limited.

Participation in PlaySTRONG programs may involve physical activity and inherent risks. Required waivers and releases, where applicable, contain additional provisions concerning participation and liability.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your misuse of PlaySTRONG's website or services.

Nothing in this section eliminates or replaces any separate waiver or release signed by a participant or parent/guardian.

14. TERMINATION & RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

PlaySTRONG may suspend or terminate access to the website, accounts, programs, or services when reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, unsafe conduct, inappropriate behavior, unauthorized use, or conduct that creates a safety or operational concern.

Participation in a program may also be discontinued pursuant to applicable studio or program policies.

Termination or removal from a program does not automatically create a right to a refund. Refunds and credits, if any, are governed by the applicable refund or program policy.

Termination of website use does not eliminate obligations that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual property protections, indemnification obligations, and applicable legal provisions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal dispute relating to these Terms or the use of PlaySTRONG services shall be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

16. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

PlaySTRONG may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, services, policies, technology, legal requirements, or website.

When the Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or PlaySTRONG services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We encourage families to review these Terms periodically.
