Party FAQ's
WHAT DAYS/TIMES ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK?
We offer parties on Saturdays at 12:30pm or 2:30pm and Sundays 11am, 1pm or 3pm. During July and August we only allow for 9am and 11am parties both Saturday and Sunday.
WHAT AGES ARE PLAYSTRONG BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR?
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A PLAYSTRONG BIRTHDAY PARTY?
Our birthday parties are designed for children ages 1 –12 years old. We can adjust activities to best fit the age group of the birthday child and guests.
Each party includes:

Private use of our entire facility for the duration of your party!

1 hour in the tumble room, up to 45 minutes in the party room

Free play style tumbling, games, obstacle courses and inflatables

Dedicated party coaches to run activities and supervise

parachute, bubbles and other age appropriate games in our purple tumble room after food/cake time

Red glitter vinyl tablecloths as well as plates and plasticware, but you are welcome to provide your own as well

full size refrigerator with freezer to use for the duration of your party

Set up and clean up provided by our staff! They will also assist in the party room to pass out food/cake so you can be sure to enjoy your party!
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD?
YES! We recommend ordering from Pizzarama in Windsor and have it delivered for 50 minutes after your party start time. We suggest mini water bottles and juice boxes, but you are welcome to bring jugs of juice/water and pour into cups. We do not have a water fountain!
HOW LONG IS EACH PARTY?
HOW MANY CHILDREN MAY ATTEND?
Parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes. 1 hour in the tumble room/ big gym and up to 45 minutes in our party room, complete with a few coach led games before our official cheese mat "ROLL OUT" exit!
Our standard party package includes up to 12 children. Additional guests may be added for an extra fee of $18 per child up to 25.
Children crawlers through age 12 toward the total number of children attending. (Any infants in car seat or strapped in carrier will not count toward the total.)
WHAT SHOULD GUESTS WEAR?
Children should wear:

Comfortable athletic clothing

Barefoot or grippy socks (no shoes on the gym floor)
CAN WE BRING OUR OWN DECORATIONS?
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
CAN WE ARRIVE EARLY OR STAY LATE?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations. We just ask that decorations are easy to set up and remove (no confetti, please). Banners/ decorations may be hung with scotch tape or painters tape only.
Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time. The remaining balance is due at the end of your party, once we have the final actual headcount.
We ask families to arrive no more than 10 minutes early and to depart promptly at the end of the party to allow time for cleaning and the next event. We are unable to accommodate longer party times due to the schedule of each party time.
DO GUESTS NEED TO FILL OUT A WAIVER?
All participants guests under 18yrs must complete a waiver prior to entry into the tumble room. Link to waiver:
