Refund & Auto-Renewal Policy

No Refunds Once Payment Is Processed.

All tuition and program payments are non-refundable and once payment has been processed. Please review your class selection and schedule carefully before completing payment. We are able to change class enrollment within the same session.

Session 1 & Session 2 Auto-Renewal

To help families keep their child's spot from session to session, tuition for Session 1 and Session 2 will automatically renew for the following session using the payment method on file.

This means your child's enrollment spot is held for the next session unless you choose to withdraw.

Want to opt out? No problem! An email notification must be sent to PlaySTRONG Studio before the next session's payment is processed to request removal from auto-renewal. Simply not attending class does not cancel enrollment or tuition.

Session 3 & Summer Enrollment

Session 3 and all Summer Sessions do NOT automatically renew.

Because schedules, programs, and family commitments can change throughout the year, enrollment for Session 3 and Summer Sessions must be completed separately. No enrollment spot is guaranteed or held for the next session unless registration has been completed.
